In the house: ski storage, central heating. Parking. Grocers 500 m, restaurant, ski bus stop 50 m. Mountain lift 5 km, ski lift 1 km, cross-country ski trail 200 m. The house, which has a total of 4 holiday apartments, has been completely renovated from the inside and the outside. Nice furnihings. Walking and cycling routes from the house. Cot available on request.

2-room apartment 51 m2, on the ground floor, rustic and luxurious furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with 1 sofa bed, dining corner, satellite-TV, radio and tiled stove. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven). Bath/WC. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Nice furnishings with original wooden pannelling. Typical Lechtal tiled stove.
