Haus Sonnberg - Description

Estate Sonnberg is situated on a fantastic location near the centre of Brixen and near the gondel. This new house was built in 2005 and is situated on the suny side of Brixen and because it is slightly higher above the village, it offers a great view over the environment. The first floor has a 6-8 person property. You have your own entrance at your disposal, privacy guaranteed! The completely new furnishing with many wooden accents is very pleasant and will make you feel right at home. The property is foreseen with all the modern conveniences you require, for example you do not need a key to get but all you need id your finger print. There is a communal welness room with a Turkish steambath, a shower and a resting room. There is also a large balcony with garden furniture facing south with a fantastic view of Brixen, Kirchberg and Westendorf. The gondel is within walking distance (500 m.) just as the centre of Brixen. You can leave your car throughout your vacation. Price is for 6 people. A 7th/8th person pays €15,- per person per night directly to the owner on site.

Specifics:

If you rent both 6-8 person properties (AT-6364-33 and the AT-6364-34) together, you will have a detached property (sole occupancy) for a maximum of 16-persons. You are kindly requested not to smoke in the property, you can use the balcony for this.
