Fellner - Description

Occupying the entire first floor, the overall feel is of space and light. This is best illustrated by the large high pine ceilinged 60m2 living/dining room, which houses a traditional Kachelofen, a children's play corner, and which connects to the terrace and kitchen. The terrace is a generous 30m2, is partially roofed and has grand views out towards the Sonnblick, Zugspitze and the other mountains in this natural amphitheatre. It has sun all year round.

Sleeping is in one of the two colour coordinated bedrooms. Both have a double bed, and the larger has an additional double sofa bed.
