Comfortable apartment house, renovated in 2007, on the outskirts, 400 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: large, nice, well-kept garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: breakfast room, lounge. Ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Linen change weekly. Bread roll service and breakfast on request. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers 400 m, restaurant 200 m, ski bus stop, bus stop 500 m, indoor swimming pool 700 m, tennis 600 m, ski lift 300 m, ski school 500 m, toboggan-run 300 m, cross-country ski trail 2 km. This room also has a children's corner with toys. The house also has a room with ski boot dryer. Summer evenings can be spent in the garden barbequing or with a glassof wine. The property is a great starting point for various winter and summer sports. The town is very well-known for its skiing, but its position is also ideal for hiking, bike tours and mountain-biking. The children's playground will not be available until summer 2008. Cot available on request. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be used at specified times via the caretaker. Large living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace, dining corner and satellite-TV, exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom, exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with bath/WC, exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, deep freezer). Bath/WC. Terrace furniture. Very nice view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. The living room has a restored old timber ceiling over 100 years old retaining original features. 2 of the double rooms with bathroom are situated outside the apartment, one floor higher.
