Grocers 3.5 km, restaurant 1 km, swimming pool 3.5 km, indoor swimming pool 4.5 km, mountain lift 1.3 km, children's ski school 1.3 km, toboggan-run 1.3 km, cross-country ski trail 1.5 km. Lakeside bathing, approx 4.5 km. Semmering, 30 minutes by car. Beautiful walks in the area. Mountainbike routes. Great area for collecting mushrooms. Situated close to other holiday homes, in a very quiet and beautiful place within a forest. Ideal place for a holiday away from the polution, noise and stress of city dwelling, yet all other facilities and neighbouring villages close by and easily to drive to.

Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher) with dining table. Shower/WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Nice view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Please note: maximum 2 dogs accepted. This house offers the comfort of a well furnished property. Several storage possibilities available.
