House Schimon, in a south-facing, elevated position, in the countryside. For shared use: grounds 1'000 m2. Grocers, restaurant, swimming pool, tennis 300 m, riding stables 3 km, ski lift 3 km, toboggan-run 3 km, ice rink 3 km. The writer, Peter Rosegger's favourite church is situated in the immediate vicinity.
Schimon - Features
2-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels: living room with 2 pull-out beds, dining corner, satellite-TV, video, radio and wood burning stove. Kitchen (3 hotplates, oven). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds and hand-basin. Electric heating, wood heating. Small balcony. Terrace furniture. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. Only 1 dog accepted. Electricity use/heating: Wood, coal and pressed coals for the wood-burningstove included in the price. The electricity costs until a level of 400 KW/h perweek are included in the price as well. Excess use has to be paid locally, EUR 0.18 per KW/h (Account, meter).
