Situated in the heart of the mountains overlooking the Breitenau am Hochlantsch area. 700 m above sea level. Ideal place for quiet holidays and for relaxation. Pretty renovated and comfortable house. Nature, forests, meadows, mountains, farm land. The house is accessed via a tarmac road (no danger). The owner lives in a farm (sells local produce). Detached house, renovated in 2007, outside the resort, 3.7 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, south-facing position, in the countryside. Private: garden, garden furniture. In the house: central heating. Linen change weekly. (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 4 km, swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing bay 10 km, skisport facilities 17 km, ski school 17 km, toboggan-run 11 km, cross-country ski trail 17 km, ice rink 17 km. Please note: car essential.

Please note: only 1 dog accepted. One of the bedrooms has access to another room.
