Gröbming: New, comfortable, family run 4 star hote apart-hotel Amadeus, on the outskirts, 700 m from the centre of Gröbming, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: lawn sunning area 1'000 m2, barbecue. In the house: sauna, fitness room. Games room. Bread roll service. Parking, communal covered parking (extra). Grocers, restaurant 700 m, swimming pool, tennis 300 m, mountain lift 4 km, cross-country ski trail 100 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Wonderful panoramic views. Small restaurant with buffet breakfast (extra)-half board can be booked locally. In the relaxation area, there is a tepidarium, a wellness infrared cabin as well as a fitness instructor in the studio. Massage. Cots, high chair on request. Winter: Own ski and snowboard school with ski hire,ski kindergarten, baby lift, nursery from 10am to 3pm. Evening tobaganning, trips by horse and carriage. Summer: Nursery every day, pony riding, guided walks and mountain bike tours. Reduced green fees at the golf course. Garage for rent on request.
