Equipped with its own sauna and biotope, generous comfortable cottage Kober, on the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of Obdach, in a quiet, south-facing position on a slope, directly by the stream. Private: grounds 3'000 m2, lawn sunning area, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: sauna. Central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking by the house, individual garage. Grocers 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 10 m, tennis 5 km, ski lift, cross-country ski trail 500 m. There is a permanently let self-contained flat on the ground floor.

8-room house 280 m2 on 3 levels, luxurious and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Living room. 2 double bedrooms. Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds and shower. 1 double bedroom with bath/shower/WC. Living/dining room 42 m2, with open fireplace and dining corner. Lounge 50 m2, with satellite-TV and radio. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Sep. WC. Top floor: shower. Floor heating. Large balcony 30 m2. Terrace 15 m2, covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very nice view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna. The living room on the ground floor is a cosy snug. The sauna with relaxation room is on the top floor. All double rooms have queen size beds, 1 even has a water bed.
