3-room apartment 41 m2, on the ground floor, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with cable-TV and radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double fold-away bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (length 190 cm). Small kitchen (2 hotplates, micro wave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 18 m2. Terrace furniture. Lovely view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. The large, sunny terrace for breakfast in the open. Access to children via the bedroom with a wall trunk bed. Towels are available for free. Due to the hillside, there are stairs to the apartment.
