The nearest shopping facilities and restaurants are in the centre of Sölden. A cross-country trail is near the house and a toboggan run about 2 km away (Gaislachkogl).

The hotel has a Tyrolean ambience and the facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi, elevator, lounge, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, wine cellar, children's playroom and a ski cellar. Free parking spaces, a parking garage (for a fee) and a charging station for electric vehicles (for a fee) are also available.
The use of the fitness room as well as the grand spa area with panoramic indoor pool, steam bath, Finnish sauna, organic sauna, infrared cabin, three relaxation rooms and stone heat loungers is free of charge (opening hours according to the notice in the hotel). Massages can be booked for a fee (on request).

Board
The half-board included in the holiday price comprises a rich breakfast buffet with regional dishes and vital corner as well as a 4-course menu of choice with salad bar and dessert in the evening. Vegetarian meals are available, gluten and lactose free alternatives can be requested.
Tuesdays, there is no dinner included as part of the half board.
