Stubachblick - Description

This recently renovated detached chalet is located right at the edge of the charming village of Uttendorf. The location is ideal. The large lake at Uttendorf is behind the house, and you can swim and fish. In the winter you can choose between the ski areas of Uttendorf/the Weißsee Glacial Region, Kitzbühel/Kirchberg or Kaprun/Zell am See, or naturally Nordic ski or walk right from the holiday home. The chalet consists of two holiday homes, and you have the first and second floors all to yourself, privacy guaranteed. Two charmingly furnished bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave are at your disposal, there is a lovely balcony with a beautiful view and you can use the communal garden and carport. On the second floor you have an extra living/bedroom and bathroom with a second balcony. In the owner's nearby house you can (for a fee) use the wellness facilities, including the sauna, steam bath, and massage options, and even have a lovely breakfast.
