Chalet Ulla - Description

This recently renovated detached chalet is located right at the edge of the charming village of Uttendorf. The location is ideal. The large lake at Uttendorf is behind the house, and you can swim and fish. In the winter you can choose between the ski areas of Uttendorf/the Weißsee Glacial Region, Kitzbühel/Kirchberg or Kaprun/Zell am See, or naturally Nordic ski or walk right from the holiday home. You have this detached chalet all to yourself, privacy guaranteed. You have five charmingly furnished living and bedrooms, three bathrooms and two large kitchen diners with dishwasher, oven and microwave, and there is yet an extra living room, in short, plenty of rooms for families travelling together or groups. There are multiple balconies and a spacious terrace with a lovely view and you can use the enormous garden and carport. In the owner's nearby house you can (for a fee) use the wellness facilities, including the sauna, steam bath, and massage options, and even have a lovely breakfast.
