Lungötz 7 km from Annaberg: Cosy, rustic country house Plaik-Häusl, built in 1850, renovated in 2004, surrounded by trees, outside the resort, in a secluded, sunny position, directly by the woods edge, in the countryside. Private: grounds, garden with lawn and plants, terrace (30 m2). In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers 3 km, restaurant 1 km, ski bus stop 1 km. Cable car 7 km, mountain lift 7 km, cross-country ski trail 10 m. Please note: car essential. This house is ideal for families due to its quiet location on the edge of a forest and its proximity to the skiing area of Dachstein West (7km away).

4-room house 140 m2 on 2 levels, fully renovated in 2004, nice and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with swedish stove, dining table, satellite-TV, radio and CD-player. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. 1 large room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed.
