Residenz Drei Berge - Description

This luxury holiday home complex is located centrally in Viehhofen, just near popular Saalbach Hinterglemm and right next to the ski school's practice slope. On the first floor (with lift) you will find this spacious and charmingly furnished apartment with is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children, or 5 adults. The oak floor, with under floor heating, together with the perfect decor, provides a lovely warm and pleasant atmosphere so you will feel relaxed and at home. The luxurious furnishings are found throughout. The spacious living room has a large TV and lovely seating area and there is a large sliding door leading out onto the sunny balcony and the 500 m2 large garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped. You have two spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is a reserved space for your car in the parking garage. You can order your fresh rolls daily from the manager.

The free ski bus departs a short distance from the home and will whisk you to the large ski area of Saalbach/Hinterglemm in only a few minutes. You can ski right to the door. You can walk, sled or Nordic ski in the immediate vicinity.

In the spring, summer or fall, Viehhofen is in a perfect central location in the Salzburgerland. In the direct vicinity there are 18 hole golf courses for the golf lover, and plenty of sights such as the Grossglockner, the reservoir and glacier of Kaprun, the old centre of Zell am See, or naturally a visit to Salzburg. In short, an ideal address for a wonderful summer or winter holiday.
