This delightful, spacious holiday home is on the outskirts of the attractive village of Rauris. It is suitable for a maximum of six people. The holiday home will be on the ground floor, first floor or second floor. There is a very pleasant terrace or balcony, a well equipped kitchen, a cosy living room and comfortable bedrooms. The home is part of a holiday complex where you can enjoy unlimited use of all facilities. These include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, internet, playground equipment and a grill. The holiday home is in a quiet, sunny area and enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. And it is just 400 metres from the village centre. The Hochalm Gondola Lift is only 200 metres away. This will bring you straight to the Rauris ski-area. This attractive ski-area is very suitable for beginners and small children. It's also excellent for families. Rauris has thirty kilometres of ski-runs and ten ski-lifts. The new Gipfelbahn cabin lift will take you to an invigorating altitude of 2200 metres.
