You have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from the lovely balcony.

This penthouse is part of a holiday complex where you have unlimited use of all the amenities, such as the indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, internet access, play equipment and grills. There is a covered parking spot reserved for your car.

The centre of Rauris is only 400 metres away, and you are only 200 metres from the Hochalm gondola, which takes you right to the Rauris ski area. The Rauris ski area is perfect for beginners and small children. It is an ideal ski area for families. Rauris has 30 km of slopes and 10 lifts, and the new Gipfelbahn carries you up to 2200 metres.
