Perfectly quiet and sunny located with a beautiful view on the mountains. At only 400 meters distance is the centre of Rauris and at 200 meters the Hochalm gondola, which takes you directly to the ski area of Rauris. The ski area of Rauris is very suitable for beginners and small children and it is very pleasant for families. Rauris has 30 km slopes and 10 ski lifts, of which the new Gipfelbahn will take you up until 2200 meter. Beautiful newly build residence consisting of sixteen apartments. In the basement is a gameroom and a heated ski/boot room.
