Wald im Pinzgau 5 km from Krimml: Cosy chalet, outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of Wald, in a secluded, quiet position, directly by the woods edge, in the countryside. Private: grounds, garden, meadow, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: store for bicycles, ski storage, central heating, washing machine. Parking by the house. Grocers 1.2 km, restaurant 1.2 km, ski bus stop 1.2 km, bus stop 1.2 km. Cable cabin 5 km, ski runs 5 km, ski school 5 km, toboggan-run 5 km, cross-country ski trail 1 km. Please note: free of charge ski bus. Cycle and hiking paths from the house. The Ski-Arena Koenigsleiten is 15 minutes away and the Neukirchen-Wildkogel ski region, 5 minutes. The Krimmler waterfalls observation point can be reached in 30 minutes on foot. If requested, the wood-burning stove can be heated up daily.

Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave) with dining corner and satellite-TV. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin, exit to the balcony. Bath/shower, sep. WC. 2 balconies. Patio. Box-room. Lovely view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. Only 1 dog accepted. An additional bathroom with shower/WC will be available in the basement from December 2007.
