In the house: store for bicycles, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking by the house. Grocers 500 m, restaurant 400 m, ski bus stop, bus stop 150 m. Swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km, tennis 2 km, golf course, riding stables, cable car 8 km, ski lift, ski school, toboggan-run 2 km, cross-country ski trail 200 m, ice rink 2 km. Please note: free of charge ski bus. Underfloor heating.

Terrace furniture, box-room. Nice panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, modem connection, iron, children's highchair, cot. The room in the basement has several cellar windows.
