Cosy, comfortable apartment house, built in 1997 600 m from the centre of Mühlbach, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, on a side street, south facing position. For shared use, table tennis, barbecue. In the house: sauna (extra). Central heating. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant, ski bus stop 600 m. Swimming pool 800 m, tennis 1 km, riding stables 1.5 km, mountain lift 1.5 km, ski school 1.5 km, ice rink 1 km. Bischofshofen 8 km. All 3 appartments have shared use of the beautiful newly built sauna area (old wood, marble) along with fitness equipment. Use of sauna with2 persons (5 Euros per person). A child's high chair can be rented on request. Breakfast available on request (extra).

Living/sleeping room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.), dining corner, cable-TV, radio and CD-player. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, micro wave). Shower/WC. Floor heating. Balcony 5 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Lovely view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
