Smaragd - Description

This new apartment is furnished in a modern style. It benefits from plenty of natural light. The apartment enjoys splendid views of the surrounding Hohe Tauern Mountains. If you're looking for comfort of the highest quality and a delightful atmosphere, this is the holiday accommodation for you.

The apartment has a modern kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with an infra-red sauna. The spacious living room has a sofa bed for a seventh and eighth person. You will have a balcony or a roof terrace. The house has a large communal lounge which enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding area. The lounge has an espresso coffee machine and clear, mountain drinking water. It has a children's play area. The garden has a attractive sun terrace and a children's playground. You'll find everything you need here for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Massage is available in the house on request. There is a breakfast and fresh bread-roll service.

The apartment is in an attractive, quiet area. It is above the village of Mittersill in the Thurn Pass. The Kitzbühel ski-area (Resterhöhe) is just 3 km away. The ski-bus stops conveniently nearby. You can enjoy cross-country ski-runs, walking paths through the snow, sleigh rides and a toboggan slide in winter. You'll find an indoor swimming pool and the National Park Centre near the holiday home. There is plenty to do in summer. Mittersill is only a stone's throw from Kaprun, Grossglockner, the Krimmler Waterfalls, Kitzbühel and Zell am See. The eighteen-hole Mittersill-Stuhlfelden Golf Club is around the corner. The apartment is in an ideal position for a delightful holiday.
