Rustic country house, above Maria Alm, in a secluded, sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. For shared use: grounds, terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: lounge. Store for bicycles, ski storage, central heating, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Grocers 5 km, restaurant 1 km, ski bus stop 1 km, swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, tennis 5 km, golf course 6 km, riding stables 5 km, cable car 4 km, ski lift 1.5 km, ski school 2.5 km, cross-country ski trail 4 km. Please note: car essential. Free of charge ski bus. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Lit toboggan run, 800 m. The house is the ideal starting point for all types of hiking; the winter hiking path goes right past the house. There is also a PC with Internet connection in the day room which guests can use free of charge. WLAN connection available.
