This luxury, newly built apartment is in the heart of the delightful village of Maria Alm. The apartment has its own entrance. There are restaurants, a swimming pool and mini-golf in the village. They are all within easy walking distance. You'll find an eighteen-hole golf course, surrounded by beautiful mountains, beside Maria Alm. The summer toboggan slide is a little further away, in the old market town of Saalfelden. You can be in Zell am See with its glaciers, sports activities and delightful walks within thirty minutes. The apartment is on the third floor and has a lift. There is a small outdoor play area for children. The apartment is pleasantly furnished and well equipped.
