This apartment is on the edge of the picturesque town of Maria Alm. The south-facing balcony enjoys a splendid view of the surrounding mountains and the ski-slopes. The recently built apartment is in a pleasant, quiet area. It is still within easy walking distance of the town. The Urslautal Golf Club is just 500 metres away. You'll find cross country ski-runs immediately outside the house. The ski-bus stops nearby. The apartment is furnished in a modern style and is full of atmosphere. It is equipped with every modern convenience. These include internet connection and satellite television. The living room has a seating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bed. You can also enjoy the sauna and whirlpool on the ground floor.

Maria Alm is in the heart of the Salzburgerland. It is a stone's throw from Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach Hinterglemm. The famous, historic city of Salzburg is not far. This apartment is an ideal holiday destination in summer and winter.
