Hochkönig - Description

The delightful village of Maria Alm guarantees an enjoyable holiday in summer and winter. The village has a wonderful picture postcard quality about it. This house was rebuilt in 2009. The apartment will be on the second floor. There is an attractive, rippling brook in front of the house. If you walk along its bank you'll be in the village or at the ski-lift in a few minutes. The apartment's interior is spacious and well equipped. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment's three balconies enjoy beautiful views. The owner has a restaurant on the ground floor where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. Maria Alm has a delightful ski-area which is part of the large Ski Amade network. This comprises 28 ski-areas and towns and is the largest ski-area in Europe. Maria Alm's ski-area is suitable for beginners and advanced skiers. Walking, cross-country skiing and tobogganing are all on the doorstep. You can enjoy Maria Alm's excellent swimming pool in summer and it's within walking distance. You can step straight into the mountains from the holiday home. All in all this is an ideal setting for a superb holiday.
