Groß Sion - Description

There is a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the ski slopes of Maria Alm. This from the south facing balcony of the newly built holiday home. The apartment is located at the edge of Maria Alm, wonderfully peaceful, but walking distance from the charming village. The Urslautal golf course is only 500 metres from the apartment. The Nordic tracks are located right in front of the house and the ski bus stops only a short distance away.

You reside on the lower floor, which is modern and charmingly furnished, and provided with all comforts, internet connection and satellite television. The living space is furnished with a seating area, and a wonderful sofa and complete kitchen, provided with all luxuries. In addition, you have 4 bedrooms, a living/bedroom with a 2nd kitchen and 3 bedrooms. In short, sufficient space. You can also use the sauna and whirlpool on the ground floor.

Maria Alm, located in the heart of the Salzburgerland, a stones throw from Zell am See, Kaprun, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and naturally Salzburg, so it is a great holiday base in the summer and in the winter.
