This wonderful rural holiday home, directly on the slopes with a beautiful view of the “Hochkönig” is an ideal base for your holiday. Your holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor and is cosy, well maintained and rustically furnished. You have a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and bunk beds and a separate room. You have a breathtaking view over the neighbouring ski slopes from the balcony. Or if you love skiing and snowboarding, there are many slopes and modern ski lifts in Maria Alm. In addition, there are options for Nordic skiing, skating and walking in the winter, so that everyone can enjoy their winter holiday.

In the spring and summer your holiday home is surrounded by the expansive green meadows and you can have a wonderful barbeque at the holiday home. The kids can play with the animals on the neighbouring farm, or help the farmer care for the animals. Maria Alm offers many options outside of the wintertime and is popular year round. Through its central location, Maria Alm is an ideal base for day trips to Salzburg or Zell am See, Schloss Ritzen, the Kaprun reservoir, the Groβglockner, Burg Hohen Werfen and the “World of the Ice Giants”.
