Alpine Dreams - Description

The idyllic village of Maria Alm is situated at the foot of the Hochkönig, at an elevation of 800 metres. A great basis for your holiday in any season. Your luxuriously furnished apartment is in a very sunny location only 3 minutes from the centre of the village, from whence you have a beautiful view and still have a central location in the village. You have a spacious living room with an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and your own sauna. Of course, everything is finished to a high standard. For an additional fee you can take advantage of the breakfast buffet or the wellness options in the nearby hotel with the same owner. The ski area of Maria Alm, part of the Ski Amadé area, is accessible only 300 metres away, as is the free ski bus. Surrounding areas such as Saalbach Hinterglemm or Zell am See and Kaprun are accessible in only a short time. In addition to skiing, walking, Nordic skiing and sledding in the winter, Maria Alm is the perfect location for your holiday at other times of year as well. All provisions, sports and sights are in the immediate vicinity. Warmly recommended !

Details: Your apartment is located directly next to the resort hotel in the "Dorfappartement" building or 300 meters from the resort hotel in the "Residence" building. Upon request and for an additional fee, this apartment can be booked for 8 persons, the 7th and 8th person sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
