Almerau - Description

This apartment is on the edge of the picturesque town of Maria Alm. The south-facing balcony enjoys a splendid view of the surrounding mountains and the ski-slopes. The recently built apartment is in a pleasant, quiet area. It is still within easy walking distance of the town. The Urslautal Golf Club is just 500 metres away. You'll find cross country ski-runs immediately outside the house. The ski-bus stops nearby. The apartment is furnished in a modern style and is full of atmosphere. It is equipped with every modern convenience. These include internet connection and satellite television. The living room has a seating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bed. The central hall leads to the separate bedroom and second bathroom. You can also enjoy the sauna and whirlpool on the ground floor.

Maria Alm is in the heart of the Salzburgerland. It is a stone's throw from Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach Hinterglemm. The famous, historic city of Salzburg is not far. This apartment is an ideal holiday destination in summer and winter.
