Nice, comfortable villa "Waldheimat", renovated in 2007, surrounded by meadows. 1 km from the centre of Leogang, in a quiet, sunny position, 30 m from the woods edge. Private: garden. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating. Motor access to the house. Covered parking by the house. Grocers 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course 7 km, tennis 1 km, ski lift 1 km, cable cabin 4 km, skisport facilities 4 km, ski bus stop, cross-country ski trail 500 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Bad Ritzensee 7 km. The house is situated off the beaten track but still close to various leisure facilities and is therefore perfectly suited for families. One of Austria’s most beautiful skiing areas, Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang, is located nearby. Various kids' activities at “Leo’s Kinderreich". Mountain-biking and hiking paths from the house. In summer 2011, the "Löwen Card" is included in the price: free entrance to all outdoor swimming pools in Leogang and Saalfelden, free use of the mountain cableways in Leogang and Saalbach, free use of the Biberg lift (lift to the summer toboggan run), guided walks and much more.
