Ferienhaus Mühlbacher is a splendid, comfortable holiday home in sunny Kleinarl. The rooms of the holiday home have all been renovated in 2006 and fitted with new furniture. The living room has a beautiful wood stove, around which you can warm up in winter. The garden doors lead you to the terrace - ideal for summer barbeques. The holiday home has its own car park, a car port and a large garden with play corner(250m2) - ideal for the kids! Supermarkets and restaurants are only a few minutes away.

At only 200m from the holiday home a ski bus daily brings you to the slopes (every 20 min) The beautiful langlauf loipes and winter walking routes start directly in front of the holiday home. The ski region "Salzburger Sportwelt" is one of the many accesses to the Ski Amadé region, the largest ski area in Austria. One ski pass gives you access to 5 top ski regions here, 276 ski lifts and 865km of slopes! In Kleinarl you will find the longest natural sleigh track of the Salzburger Sportwelt, 6km of sliding fun!

This is the ideal location for walkers. You will find green fields and forests here, mountain lakes with crystal pure water and impressive mountains. Or how does horse riding, mountain biking and mountain climbing on the edge of the national park Hohe Tauern grab you?
