Das Forsthaus - Description
Perfect situated, only 100m from the ski lift in the centre of Kleinarl, a 100 year old chalet. Situated within 1100 m. height in the ski paradise Kleinarl-Flachauwinkl-Zauchensee (ski domain Salzburger Sportwelt). In and around the chalet, you will have the following at your disposal: storage facility for ski material, big parking area, beautiful flower garden and crops from the fruit trees.
The cottage is peaceful situated and sunny in the centre of Kleinarl, within 700mtr distance from the ski lift in the ski region Sportwelt Amadee. Summertime, you can make many wonderful hikes and cycling tours from the holiday cottage.
You will find lovely little restaurants, cafes and little stores in the neighbourhood.
Energy is included during wintertime. This house can be combined with the houses AT-5603-05/03/04 and 06. In combination you can rent these holiday homes for a group of 40 people.
