Blauensee - Description

This lovely villa is located at the edge of the always enjoyable Kleinarl (1014 m), a short distance from the centre of the village. The house is divided into 2 separate apartments. The entire first floor is at your disposal, consisting of a spacious and charming living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, and as an extra, a relaxation room with sauna. The large terrace offers plenty of space and a lovely view of the sunny mountain tops.

In the summer, Kleinarl and the surrounding area are fantastic for mountain biking, horseback riding, gloving or walking in the beautiful surroundings. The Jägersee is located a short distance away, for a refreshing dip or a quiet fishing trip. There are perfect ski and Nordic skiing options for winter sports in Kleinarl. The ski slopes of the Amadé ski area are 860 km long and the Nordic options are enormous. The ski bus stops a short distance from the house, and will whisk you in to the lift in the blink of an eye.
