Alpenblick - Description

This lovely villa is located at the edge of the always enjoyable Kleinarl (1014 m), a short distance from the centre of the village. You'll have this villa all to yourself, divided into 2 different holiday homes, ideal for families travelling together. The spacious and charmingly furnished living room, a separate dining room, a charming conservatory, a fully equipped kitchen offer all of the luxury you could wish for during your holiday. There are 8 bedrooms and three bathrooms, and there is a lovely relaxation room with a sauna. The large terrace offers plenty of space and a lovely view of the sunny mountain tops. All in all, a royal and luxurious villa with a great deal of privacy which guarantees a successful holiday.

In the summer, Kleinarl and the surrounding area are fantastic for mountain biking, horseback riding, gloving or walking in the beautiful surroundings. The Jägersee is located a short distance away, for a refreshing dip or a quiet fishing trip. There are perfect ski and Nordic skiing options for winter sports in Kleinarl. The ski slopes of the Amadé ski area are 860 km long and the Nordic options are enormous. The ski bus stops a short distance from the house, and will whisk you in to the lift in the blink of an eye.
