The 3-star Sportpension Trauner is on the sunniest side of Kaprun, just a stone’s throw from Kaprun Castle. This family establishment has: reception, lobby area, two lounges and a winter garden.
The rooms are very spacious and nicely designed. They have bathtub or shower and WC, balcony, cable TV and telephone.
The half-board includes: breakfast served on buffet, 4-course dinner with salad buffet and several theme nights every week: fondue, Italian or Country-style buffet.
Those who still have enough energy after a day on the slopes can use the hotel’s fitness space. If you prefer to relax you can enjoy other facilities: sauna, infrared heated cabin or sun bed (some with extra charge).
When the snow conditions are good your hosts organise torch walks with specialities. You can also enjoy the superb landscape during a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride with mulled wine (extra charge).
