The exclusive and charming penthouse has a panoramic location walking distance from the centre of Kaprun, opposite the monumental castle of Kaprun with a beautiful view of the village, valley and surrounding mountains. Your stylish penthouse (100 m2) is located on the top floor and has a spacious balcony facing the southwest. The furnishings are well maintained and luxurious, three beautiful bedrooms with TV, two bathrooms and living room with open kitchen are at your disposal. For general use, there is a lift and a ski and laundry room. You can park your car in the underground garage. (Ski) bus stop right in front of the door. The Nordic track starts across from the building. In addition to winter sports, there is plenty to do during the rest of the year in the immediate vicinity, with many water sports options, rafting or wild water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking or hit some balls on the beautiful 18 hole golf course only a few minutes away.
