The exclusive and charming chalet apartments have a panoramic location walking distance from the centre of Kaprun, opposite the monumental castle of Kaprun with a beautiful view of the village, valley and surrounding mountains. Your apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a spacious balcony or terrace. The furnishings are well maintained and luxurious, two beautiful bedrooms with TV, two bathrooms and livingroom/kitchen are at your disposal. For general use, there is a lift and a ski and laundry room. You can park your car in the underground garage. (Ski) bus stop right in front of the door. The Nordic track starts across from the building. In addition to winter sports, there is plenty to do during the rest of the year in the immediate vicinity, with many water sports options, rafting or wild water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking or hit some balls on the beautiful 18 hole golf course only a few minutes away.
