Kitz Residenz is situated in a quiet location only a few mintues from the centre of Kaprun. The beautiful robust apartment building was recently completely rebuilt and renovated and consists of particularly spacious charming apartments. The architecture of the building reminds one of the old castles in the area.

Through the elegant entryway with stairwell, you reach the royally furnished apartments. The two towers give the building a unique atmosphere! The building is surprisingly laid out into multiple varied apartments. Your apartment is located on the top floor and has a lovely loggia.
