Haus Tirol - Description

Haus Tirol is a small scale and typical guesthouse with various apartments located on the southern edge of the village, at 450m from the village square. Your apartment (Ca. 24m2), is located on the ground floor and has a bathroom with shower or bath. The central location of this apartment means that restaurants, shops, bank, post office and leisure facilities for young and old are in your direct proximity. Both the line bus and the free ski bus stop next to Haus Tirol.

Kaprun is thé famous winter sports resort with attitude and with something for everybody in every season! The village is nestled between the lovely Salzburgerland and the nature reserve 'Hohe Tauern' with its imposing Grossglockner at 3798 m. The glacier on the Kitzsteinhorn (3203 m) ensures snow in the ski area "Europa Sportregion" both in winter and summer! In winter you can ski, snowboard, langlauf, sleigh or make great walks in the Kaprun area. The Maiskugel, the Schmittenhöhe (Zell am See) and the numerous ski lifts complete the winter offer here! The beginners- and children slopes (with lift) are around the corner from Haus Tirol.

In summer you can make lovely walking and cycling trips in the area. Walking and cycling paths run nearby. If you want to see more of the region, the city of Salzburg, the Grossglockner and the beautiful Zellersee are definitely worth a visit.
