Chalet Kitzsteinhorn - Description

This recently fully renovated detached chalet, which you have all to yourself, is located in an idyllic location in Kaprun where you have a beautiful view of Kaprun and the surrounding mountains. In the chalet you will experience the atmosphere you are looking for in your mountain holiday, a great deal of wood, open fireplace, warm colours, wonderful beds and naturally, the unavoidable hunting trophies. But what makes this chalet unique is the complete privacy, the surprising unpretentious luxury, the tasteful furnishings and the proximity of all of the ski lifts. You have a spacious living room with a cosy open fireplace, an open kitchen equipped with all luxury and three bedrooms with a luxurious bathroom on the first floor. Each bedroom has a double bed and two bedrooms also have a loft for the kids. This is a cosy space, not too high, just equipped with mattresses, so it is perfect for the kids. The ideal travel group is a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. The chalet is located on a small property of 1000 m2 and there are forty stone steps to access the house. In order to make access easy, there is a small private cable car next to the steps to transport all of your baggage and skis. Kaprun is a famous with skiers as a grand winter sports resort. Directly next to the chalet there is the valley station of the Maiskogel lift and the ski bus stop. The glacier is open nearly year round, so you can always enjoy the eternal snow. In addition to winter sports, there is plenty to do during the rest of the year in the immediate vicinity, with many water sports options, rafting or wild water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking or hit some balls on the beautiful 18 hole golf course only a few minutes away. In short, the entire Kaprun-Zell am See region has much to offer in all four seasons.
