Your apartment, with old-time charm on the outside, and modern luxury on the inside, is situated in a quiet location only a few minutes from the centre of Kaprun. The beautiful robust apartment building reminds one of the old castles in the area. The two towers give the building a unique atmosphere! On the 1st floor in the main building, you will find this luxuriously furnished holiday residence for a maximum of 7 persons. From the lovely balcony, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the mountains. The furnishings are well maintained and luxurious, the high ceilings give it extra charm, 2 modern bedrooms, bathroom, extra toilet and completely furnished living room with separate open kitchen make you feel completely at home. The ski bus stops in front of the door to whisk you off to the surrounding ski areas and the glacier. In addition to winter sports, there is plenty to do during the rest of the year in the immediate vicinity, with many water sports options, rafting or wild water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking or hit some balls on the beautiful 18-hole golf course only a few minutes away.
