Haus Zonnen-Alp - Description
Just 10 km from Altenmarkt at a snow guaranteed height of 1,100 metres is the typically Austrian village of Forstau. The detached property, House Sonnen-Alp is situated in the centre of the village, within walking distance of the family ski resort ( six ski lifts) of Forstau. The ski resort offers excellent facilities for both young and old. The house occupies a sunny position and the newly renovated (2006) accommodation is situated on the first floor. The spacious accommodation (100m2) comprises of the entire 1st floor and has been attractively decorated by the Dutch owners. As the owners are often not present you can enjoy extra privacy as the house is then for sole occupancy. You also have the use of three balconies and a large enclosed garden surrounds the house, where the children can enjoy playing. All in all a perfect address for a successful holiday.
