Private: grounds, large garden with trees, lawn sunning area, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: store for bicycles, ski storage, central heating. Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant, ski bus stop 1 km, railway station 1 km. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 4 km, bathing bay 2 km, golf course 7 km, ski lift, cable cabin 4 km, cross-country ski trail 50 m. There are carefully laid out gardens by the house with trees, meadows and abeautiful seating area. There is an apiary to the rear of the garden where you can watch the bees at work. In summer, the Zeller lake, Kaprun glacier and in winter, the unique resorts of the Europa-Sport-Region, can be reached in a few minutes.
