Zell am See: Cosy house, in a central, sunny position, 150 m from the ski-run, on a side street. Private: garden. Private: terrace, barbecue. In the house: ski storage, central heating. Parking by the house. Grocers 300 m, restaurant, ski bus stop 50 m, railway station Zell am See 700 m. Indoor swimming pool 300 m, public bathing area 400 m, golf course 4.5 km, cable cabin 150 m, cross-country ski trail 400 m. Centre, pedestrian area 200 m. The house is near the ski lifts (connections with the Cityexpress cable car). All infrastructure in Zell am See accessible on foot. Swimming, fishing and boat hire 400 m. Many walks from thehouse (also in winter). Heating all year round on request. The owner's vets practice is situated on the ground floor, not often used, no inconvenience and has a separate entrance (approx. 3-5 visits per week). Facilities: washing machine, safe. Reserved parking (3 cars). Living room with additional armchairs. The living room on 1st floor and the double bedroom are connected. WL-LAN available (extra). First stack of firewood included, each further delivery extra.
