For shared use: garden, lawn sunning area, garden furniture, children's playground. In the house: central heating, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service. Parking. Restaurant 1 km. Public bathing area 1 km. Enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains from the house and lake Zell. The centre of Zell is on the opposite banks of the lake, as well as the mountain lifts and, approx 5 to 10 minutes away by car. Eggs can be bought right from the owner.

Additionslly, there is a large living room/kitchen (4 electric hot plates, oven) and sitting area with a double sofabed which is accessed via an archway which is open to the front room. Children's bed and high chair available on request. The balcony surrounds the house.
