Zell am See: Situated in one of the sunniest places in the European sport regio new, comfortable apartment house Bruckberg, built in 2006, in the district of Bruckberg 2 km from the centre of Zell am See, 4 km from the centre of Kaprun, in a south-facing position, 500 m from the ski-run, south facing position. In the house: central heating. (in winter snow chains necessary). Restaurant 100 m, ski bus stop 300 m, public bathing area 2 km, tennis 1.8 km, golf course 400 m, mountain lift, ski school 800 m, cross-country ski trail 500 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. NB: The Areit valley station is only 800 m away, however in ideal winter conditions you can ski direct from the house to the Areit run and back! Austria's most beautiful golf course with 36 holes is right in front of the door in summer. Also, the lake and the numerous other facilities of the European sport region can be easily reached. This complex has everything one could need!
