Erlengrund XL - Description

This spacious apartment is in a quiet area in the beautiful Gasteiner Valley. The apartment is one of three separate accommodations. It is at an altitude of 900 metres and enjoys splendid views of the mountains and the world famous Bad Gastein Spa Resort. The apartment is 128 m2 and on the second floor. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. An extra area is available on the ground floor when required by groups. You can enjoy the garden and the heated swimming pool in summer. Children will love the playground, jeu de boules, table tennis and trampoline.

The Gasteiner Valley ski-area has around 200 kilometres of ski runs, 64 lifts, 90 kilometres of cross-country ski-runs and many winter walking paths. There are two gondola lifts, one chair lift and a small train four kilometres from the house. You'll find the thermal spas with their crystal clear warm water totally relaxing. You can enjoy plenty of sports in the surrounding area in summer. These include golf, tennis, riding, para-gliding, walking, mountain climbing, mountain biking and Nordic Walking.
