Annaberg: New, family friendly holiday village, built in 2006, in a sunny position on a slope, 100 m from the ski-run. For shared use: grounds, indoor pool. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, sauna, fitness room, massage (extra). Solarium. Games room, shops, ski storage, central heating. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house at 10 m. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, ski bus stop, bus stop 100 m, riding stables 1 km, cable car, ski lift, ski runs, ski school, children's ski school, cross-country ski trail 100 m. Please note: The photograph is a typical example. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Child care possible in the central building (extra). Indoor pool opening times: 15.00-19.00. Reduced price for ski hire and ski school. Entrance to the Dachstein West ski region with 45 lifts just 100 m away.

4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels, comfortable and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with satellite-TV, exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave) with dining table. Shower, sep. WC. Top floor: 2 double bedrooms, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/WC. Balcony. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Lovely view of the mountains. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. One bedroom is furnished either with bunk beds, 2 single beds or a double bed. The living room has a gas stove ressembling a fireplace. All houses are provided with lots of firewood and have the typical Austrian atmosphere about them.
