Outstandingly well maintained and sunny house, 500 m. from the cosy centre of Altenmarkt. The recently built house has six comfortable apartments on the ground floor equipped with a terrace and the apartments on the 1st floor and 2nd floor have a balcony. Spacious shared sunbathing area (grass) with garden and sun loungers, 3 barbeques and a wooden blockhouse. There is also a children's farm with fish pond.

Specifics: Children's pool (3m. x 1,50m., during the summermonths) Swing.
